The Audit & Finance wing looked after the matters regarding QAED’s overall financial planning as well as the financial planning of ADP schemes. It looked into the matters of financial approvals and release of funds from SED. For every training event from QAED’s regular budget or from the ADP scheme, the Financial Wing dissipated the required funds and financial guidelines to the provincial and district QAsED for their proper utilization.
