Quaid-e-Azam Academy for Educational Development (QAED) hosted a significant ceremony on December 19, 2023, to unveil the findings of a scoping study on School Councils done in Punjab in collaboration with the British Council. Esteemed guests, including the Honourable Minister of Education and the Secretary of the School Department, alongside key figures from relevant departments, graced the event. The Secretary School Education also expressed gratitude for the collaborative effort, recognizing the potential for positive change in the educational landscape highlighted by the study.

A panel discussion took place where sector experts shed light on the importance of school councils and the initiatives that took place with the support of school councils. The worthy Minister School Education and Secretary School Education Department concluded the ceremony by presenting shields to the officers from QAED who were involved in this study.
