1Resource Persons Required for Development and Review of Teacher Guide/Lesson Plans
Quaid-e-Azam Academy for Educational Development (QAED) Punjab is an ISO certified attached department of School Education Department, Government of the Punjab has the mandate of professional development of education managers and teachers in public sector across the province.
Online applications are invited from Resource Persons (RPs) to develop and review training modules regarding Single National curriculum (SNC) framework especially for elementary classes i.e. 6th to 8th.

Eligibility Criteria:
- M.Phil / Masters/BS(Hons) with at least 16 years of eduction with relevant subjects from a HEC recognized institution;
- 03-years' training/teaching experience of any Public Sector from any reuputable Private School along with strong command on module development processes;
- 03-years' experience of developing different training modules will be considered, however content development and paper setting experience will not be considered in this regard;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong presentation skills;
- Ability to adept in training module with latest trends and methods;
- Ability to design, review/assess training modules effectively;
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software;
- Well versed in research, evaluation and assessment process along with experstise in reviewing of training modules;
- Have a good understanding of the component of Lesson Planning and Micro Teaching i.e. learning objectives, activites and classroom assessment techniques;
- Must be familiar with current guidelines, policies, and regulations of Single National Curriculum (SNC).
Note: Hard copies are not required at this stage, only shortlisted experts will be asked to bring documents at the time of interview.
Honorarium:
Reasonable/handsome honorarium will be paid along with the provision of accomodation (seprate hostels for ladies and gents) if required.
How to Apply:
- Last date for submission of applications on QAED website is upto 01-04-2022 till 05:00PM;
- Please visit QAED webiste www.qaed.edu.pk regarding short listed (elibible) candidates list of developers and reviewers separately up to 05-04-2022;
- Experts from both Public/Private Sectors fulfilling the eligibility criteria may apply;
- AExperts shall give their preference whether they will wrk as developer or as reviewer. However, developer may not work as reviewer simultaneously;
- Selected developers / Reviwers will have to attend orientation session at QAED's Auditorium at given date and time;
- Module developers (experts) will also ensure to write a video Upon Selection of expert from private sector, will have to provide an affidavit (downloadable from development as and when required by Provincial QAED, Punjab;
- No TA/DA for interviews is admissible;
- Incomplete applications will not be entertained;
- QAED Punjab has the right to reject or cancel the selection process at any stage without any reason;
