Quaid-e-Azam Academy for Educational Development (QAED) Punjab being an attached department of School Education Department, Government of the Punjab has the mandate of professional development of education managers and teachers in public sector across the province. The outreach set-up of QAED Punjab consists of 43 district QAEDs and 2000 cluster centers with adequate facilities to conduct trainings initiated by QAED, Punjab.

Applications are invited from suitable candidates as Master Trainers (MTs) (on call/need basis) to conduct the training of public primary school teachers on Single National Curriculum in all (36) districts of Punjab. Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification is Masters/4-years relevant Graduation degree from a HEC recognized institution. Detail is as under:         i.         ECCE=Masters degree/BS(04 Years) in ECE or having 3 years working experience related to Early Childhood Educational (ECE) .         ii.         General Knowledge= Masters in History, Geography, Pakistan Studies, International Relations         iii.        English= MA/BS (04 Years)         iv.        Urdu=MA/BS(04 Years)         v.         Social Studies= MA/BS(04 Years) in Sociology/Social Work, History, Political Science        vi.         Islamiyat= MA/BS(04 Years) or equivalent        vii.       Mathematics= MSc/BS (04 Years)in Mathematics       viii.   General Science= MSc in Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Biotechnology, Biochemistry Minimum 03-years teaching experience with full command on subject. However preference will be given to those who have experience as Trainer; Excellent communication, basic IT skills (MS Word, Power Point etc.) lesson planning, microteaching and pedagogical skills; Applicants must be domiciled of Punjab; Applicants have updated knowledge of Education Policies specifically Single National Curriculum;  Required Number of Master Trainers (1716):

How to Apply:

1. Applicants are requested to apply online at  www.qaed.edu.pk/registration/  before 02-05-2021 till 04:00 PM, By hand applications (hard copy) in any case will not be considered;
2. Candidates from both Public/Private Sectors fulfilling the eligibility criteria may apply;
3. Incomplete applications will not be entertained;
4. Selection process (scrutiny + interviews) will be carried out at district level as per required number of Master Trainers (MTs) against each district as mentioned in advertisement;
5. Subject wise vacancy position/detail can be obtained from concerned District QAED;
6. Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview at concerned district QAED;
7. Training of Master Trainers (MTs) will be conducted at Provisional QAED Lahore, however after getting TOT’s Master Trainers may train Primary School Teachers (PSTs) in any tehsil against the districts applied for;
8. QAED Punjab has the right to reject or cancel the selection process at any stage. Any decision of QAED Punjab in this regard cannot be challenged in any court of law;
9. A handsome compensation will be offered to the Master Trainers with boarding and lodging facilities if needed;
10. No TA/DA for interviews is admissible;
